Can we get a sample to test?
Yes, we can provide samples to you for testing. Please inform us of the specific models, size, power, and color temperature.
What's the delivery lead time?
It takes around 3-5 days after receiving payment for samples, and 7-10 working days after receiving the deposit for mass production orders.
Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
We have a low MOQ; a 1pc sample for quality checking is available.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
What's the payment term?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C. For sample orders, full payment is required upon confirmation. For mass orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
How do you deal with faulty products?
Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or negotiate a suitable solution.
