Explosion-proof streetlights, also known as hazardous location luminaires, are specialized lighting fixtures designed to operate safely in environments where explosive gases, vapors, dust, or fibers may be present. These luminaires are engineered with robust materials and construction techniques to prevent ignition of hazardous substances, ensuring the safety of personnel and property.
Using branded LED light-emitting chips, high brightness, high light efficiency, chip light efficiency >120Lm/W. Stable performance, average chip service life is up to 100,000 hours. Using SMT array chip technology, it has high thermal conductivity and low light attenuation.
The whole lamp adopts an air diversion heat dissipation structure design. The radiator is made of special die-casting ADC12 alloy aluminum material and is integrally formed by high-pressure die-casting. It has high strength, fast heat conduction and strong heat dissipation. Incorporating 3.0 thermal conductivity silicone grease, heat conduction is accelerated.
Features a specialized silicone sealing ring with anti-aging properties, high/low temperature resistance, and extreme sealing performance. Equipped with high-precision machining, the protection level reaches IP66. The surface is coated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying, and screw fasteners are stainless steel to provide strong acid/alkali resistance.
